I had a problem a couple days ago loading the Baker Group DVSA web site (http://bakerdvsa.com) and was able to check in on it today. Looks like E. Gary Baker isn't using the "Doctor" moniker any more but still claims the PHD

"He holds earned degrees of Master of Arts in Religious Counseling and Doctor of Philosophy in Theocentric Business and Ethics."
